Foodo provides monthly and weekly food delivery in Lahore offering freshly cooked, hygienic meals right at your doorstep. We’re here to make your daily meals easy, healthy, and convenient.
These terms apply to all our services, including subscriptions, one-time orders, diet plans, and catering.
Our Services
Our offerings include a reliable lunch service in Lahore and pocket friendly for individuals, students, offices, and families. You can choose from meal plans, or customized food packages to suit your lifestyle and schedule.
Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery within 5 km of our kitchen. If your location is more than 5 km away, a delivery charge will be added based on distance. For orders involving 10 or more people, delivery charges may also apply regardless of distance. We always aim for timely delivery, but occasional delays can happen due to traffic or other unexpected reasons.
Payment & Billing
For all monthly meal plans and weekly food subscriptions, full payment is required in advance. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, (available in select cases). Prices shown include taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Delivery charges (if any) are added at checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel daily meal orders with at least 24 hours’ notice. For weekly or monthly subscriptions, 7 days’ notice is required. No refunds are given once meal preparation has started. For unused portions of subscriptions, partial refunds can be issued after deducting any delivery charges. Event catering bookings require a 50% advance deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Catering Services
We provide party food catering and event meal delivery for small or large gatherings. Catering services are food-only unless otherwise agreed. Charges for catering depend on order size and delivery distance. Please confirm your event details with our team to get an accurate quote.
Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of order. Our meals are made for personal use only. Reselling or repackaging our food is not allowed.
Privacy & Data Use
We collect your personal information (like name, contact number, and address) only to process your orders. Your data is protected and shared only with trusted services like delivery staff or payment processors.
Limitation of Liability
Foodo is not responsible for delays, technical issues, or indirect damages. If there's a mistake or problem with your order, our liability is limited to the value of that specific order.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes or legal matters will be handled in the courts of Lahore.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect service changes or improvements. Continued use of Foodo services, including tiffin service privacy policy Lahore and catering, means you accept the latest version.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free samples. As a retailer, we buy all magazines from their publishers at the regular trade price. However, you could contact the magazine’s publisher directly to ask if they can send you a free copy.
You can create a new account at the end of the order process or on the following page. You can view all of your orders and subscriptions in your customer account. You can also change your addresses and your password.
No, you don’t have to create an account. But there are a few advantages if you create an account.
